Charbar’s rooftop patio relaunched this May with a new name, Rooftop Bar @ Simmons, and its own unique personality and menu.
Diners can get up, up, and away at the Rooftop Bar @ Simmons and enjoy a range of summertime eats and drinks.
Chef Jessica Pelland is behind a fun menu of fresh fare, much of which is prepared on outdoor grills–things like charred corn, grilled snow crab legs, thin crust pizzas, and a double burger–and is ideal for sharing, whether with a group of friends or on a date. Cold treats include boozy slushies and gelato sandwiches (featuring Fiasco Gelato).
Imbibers will find a comprehensive selection of wines by the bottle and glass (including the summer standard, Rosé), beer, cider, and custom cocktails.
As one might imagine, between the food, drinks, and view, the Rooftop Bar is a popular draw; the venue doesn’t take reservations, and rather is on a first-come first-served basis, however they do post wait time updates via Twitter.
