Wine = good. Food = good. A wine and food festival? Can’t get much better than that.

The Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival is back for two days of indulgence on October 14 and 15. The Festival offers the opportunity to sample an extensive variety of world-class wine, scotch, premium spirits, import and micro-brewed beer along with gourmet culinary creations from local restaurants, hotels and food purveyors.

Entrance tickets can be bought for Friday evening, Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening time slots. At the festival you will be able to purchase sampling coupon for 50 cents a coupon allowing you to customize what you try and how much you spend. It is the largest wine and food event in Alberta, with dates in Edmonton on November 4 and 5.

This year marks the festivals 19 year and tickets can be purchased online here. Tickets can also be purchased at the door.

$2 from every front of the line ticket sold will be donated to the Wood Buffalo Food Bank, in support of the Fort McMurray evacuees. The front of the line tickets will get you into the Grand Tasting Hall through an exclusive entrance, a sample of Giusti Rosalia Prosecco, private coat-check, a special welcome upon arrival.
