Calgary's new ramen and cocktail spot Gorilla Whale opens today

It’s been a long wait, but it appears Gorilla Whale is officially opening its doors on June 25 at 5 pm, which means it’s finally time for YYC to get a taste of all those drool-worthy eats the spot has been posting on Instagram.
Located at 1214 9 Avenue SE, the new Inglewood spot for yakitori, ramen, and cocktails will be open seven night a week, although no reservations are being taken yet.

Guests who dine here will enjoy a variety of yakitori (chicken, pork, beef), gyoza filled with charred shiitake, arugula, bocconcini, and the epically delicious looking Godzilla Burger to name a few menu items.
Right now Gorilla Whale is only offering dinner service, but a lunch program will be coming soon.
