Gabriel Iglesias in Calgary for #fluffybreakseven tour in September
Mexican-American comedian Gabriel Iglesias is bringing his #fluffybreakseven tour to Calgary, playing the WinSport Arena in September.
Born in San Diego, Iglesias – who likes to call himself Fluffy – is known for his high school anecdotes, mastery of funny voices and absurd sound effects.
After quitting his job and losing his home as a struggling stand up back in the 1990s, he finally got his big break in 2000 on the Nickelodeon sketch comedy show.
Since then he has gone from strength to strength, getting his own special on Comedy Central, a successful run on Last Comic Standing and even a role in Magic Mike.
Iglesias will be playing the WinSport Arena on Saturday, September 24. Tickets start at $47.78.
