The cold, the wind, the snow. It all makes for a depressing walk through downtown Calgary no one should have to suffer through.

Luckily, some urban planners in the 1960s realized our city’s perennial hatred for winter and created the +15 to get us from place to place, without getting our feet wet.

Over the years, with additions and changes, the +15 has become a little convoluted. To help you navigate this winter walking solution, we’ve collected maps of the +15 and told you when it’s open, how you can get there, and what buildings you can get to.
