Distributed in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario, the recall affects all packages of red bean buns and cream buns sold in 4-packs “where the presence of milk is not declared on the label.”

An undeclared allergen is defined by the CFIA as a food product that “contains ingredients such as peanuts, milk or eggs that are not identified on the label and that can cause adverse reactions in people who are allergic to the item.”
