Real estate portal Point2 Homes has released a list of the tiniest homes for sale in Canada right now, with properties in BC, Ontario, Alberta and Quebec all making the cut.
To compile the list, researchers mined the Point2 Homes’ database and thoroughly researched most other brokerages, spokesperson Roxana Baiceanu told Daily Hive.
Topping the resulting list of tiny homes is a 300 sq. ft. bachelor pad in Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Quebec listed at just $59,000.
If that’s a little too tight for you, how about the last house on the list, a 520 sq. ft. residence in Gloucester, New Brunswick, listed at $44,900?
