13 photos of Calgary's first snowfall of the season

First off, it’s October. October people. Not August, or September, but October.

Most of us have memories of trick-or-treating in our snow suits with costumes that could fit over top. So the fact that Calgary’s first snowfall and snowy weekend falls on October 7th, isn’t all that bad.

BUT we get it, we could have used a few more weeks of fall, rather than jumping right into winter.

Silver lining to this white Thanksgiving weekend is that Environment Canada say’s Calgary will be back to it’s normal sunny self by Tuesday.
