The Calgary Flames are hosting a huge pre-game party this weekend
The 2019/2020 Calgary Flames season is about to start off with a bang.
Okay, yes, we know they played Colorado on Thursday (and we don’t want to talk about it), but the true start to any NHL team’s season is when they take to the ice on their home turf.
The Flames will be facing off against the Vancouver Canucks for their home opener this Saturday, and the good people at the Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation have seen fit to thrown something of a party for attending fans.

Starting right when doors open at 6 pm, the Scotiabank Saddledome will play host to happy hour specials at the concession (only until 7 pm), a chance to win some prizes by playing “Pucko”, and 10% off all regular priced items at all FanAttic locations, with up to 50% off on select items.
Because what better way to start the season off on the right skate foot than by rocking a brand new jersey?
The Budweiser Pre-Game Party won’t be the only draw this Saturday, either, as fans can expect live music, prize giveaways, the chance to pick up at $25 Home Opener puck, and the Scotiabank pre-game show starting at 8 pm sharp.
And, of course, after all that fun is over, you’ve still got yourself a hockey game to enjoy!
