Chicken, chicken, chicken…all of the chicken. Or should we say “Olive” the chicken? Available in halves, whole, or boneless, with a variety of styles and sauces, you can stay on the “small” side of the ordering or grab one of their single combos and get your fill of spicy, crispy Asian-style fried chicken.

Awesome Kitchen
This slice joint is a bit of a cult favourite in Calgary thanks to its specialty offerings, including a Chicken Tandoori Pizza. Slices come out hot, albeit a little slowly if its crowded, but if you need something greasy to soak up a night of fun, this is a great spot.

If fried chicken is what you want, then fried chicken is what you shall receive. This longstanding eatery (family-owned and operated since 1958) offers fast, fresh, and delicious fried chicken. True, this isn’t a chicken-centric spot. It’s actually a kickass Italian sandwich shop and deli. But they’ve got a couple of Chicken Parm sammies that are not only cheap but also hit the spot when you want something fast, filling, and affordable.
