Alforno Bakery & Café
This bakery and café comes from the same group who owns Teatro and Vendome. It is often bustling with the downtown business crowd, joggers and walkers from the nearby river path, and those looking to set up office. They offer free high-speed Wi-Fi and a variety of seating including chairs, benches and couches all with nearby plug-ins.

This legendary café has been an integral part of Kensington for years. With many taking advantage of the comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi, it can be hard to score a spot any day of the week. Higher Ground prides itself on organic, direct trade and shade grown coffee selections to ensure they are running an environmentally conscious business.
