Christina started modeling at age fifteen, at that time she was a cheerleader for a soccer team and took promo pics for them. Surprisingly, those pics became so popular in Asian websites, so she was approached by the SEAMG (Shanghai Entertainment Art Media Group). Soon, Christina was selected No.1 for virtual online beauty.
Since I’m only 5’7’’, I’m not the favourite of runway shows, but I’m always the favourite of commercial and print ads. Among others, I worked for Escada, L’oreal Paris, Dsquared, Hilfiger and Talbot&Runhof. I signed a world exclusive modeling contract with Rui magazine, which is the fashion bible in asia. I was also the face of 2006 FIFA soccer game asian division.
Christina is a mix of Chinese, Japanese, French and Greek and we all know mixed people are some of the hottest in the world. Traveling between two cultures, she needed to make sense of it all in order to find herself and her home. Now, she travels to Asia constantly to pursue an acting education and also to take singing classes. So, she at this point in here life feels more comfortable with her Asian roots.
I lived in Vancouver from January to March in 2010 because of my BFF. We met when we were both just entering the fashion industry in LA and since that day we have been like siblings. She moved to BC to continue her education, and I missed her very much, so I decided to come visit her and work here.
I know I can’t be in my 20’s forever, and modeling is not a life-long career, so I start thinking about my future rather than taking pics all the time. Last year, I signed an album deal with Avex Record in Japan. Singing is always a passion of mine, so it’s very exciting to have this opportunity. Also, this year I’m working in a television series, TV-shows, movies and a few TV-spots and I absolutely love it! Just this month, there is new movie called “four Cupids” it will be a national release in China.
