Every year, Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver turns the proceeds from donations collected into mentorship programs for more than 1,200 children and youth in the Greater Vancouver area. We can each do our bit to help reduce textile wastage, and by donating your clothing to Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver you can help stop textiles going to landfill. In 2018, the non-profit collected more than 13.8 million pounds of clothing and you can help them beat their goal of 20 million pounds in 2019.
