After a long streak of dry weather in Metro Vancouver and a stunning sunrise to start the day, the weekly forecast looks to take a turn for the grey and gloomy.
Vancouverites may want to dig their rain jackets and umbrellas out a little early because starting later today and for the next seven days, rain is expected to frequent the forecast.
According to Environment Canada, although the sun may make an appearance on Saturday, the majority of the next week will be high chances of showers.
In addition, the Weather Network showed a similar result. Varying amounts of rain to frequent the region until at least next Friday.
The Weather Network also called for at least a 70% chance of precipitation on all days.
And to think, it’s not even the start of fall yet.
