Vancouver's lobster-themed restaurant serves the ultimate seafood pizza

Vancouver’s lobster-themed restaurant is celebrating its grand opening in the heart of English Bay, and to celebrate they are hosting a seafood shindig for patrons this week on July 7.
Located at 202-1184 Denman Street (the former spot of Monster Sushi), Lobster Foods will be celebrating the official launch of their East Coast lobster-centric menu, which boasts dishes like lobster ramen, bisque, poutine, and five different Connecticut-style lobster rolls.
This spot also offers customers the option to enjoy their rolls on a buttered and grilled New England split-top bun in half or whole orders.

While it’s not necessarily as outrageous as the $850 seafood pie from Steveston Pizza, the lobster pizza at Lobster Foods is pretty impressive looking too.
It appears that the West End eatery has been operating quietly since the beginning of May, but the restaurant sent a note to Daily Hive to announce their Pacific West Coast menu (which also features sushi rolls and sashimi) is now almost ready to be unveiled to the public.
Lobster Foods opens weekdays at 2 pm and weekends at 11:30 am.
