In this four week series we will explore how to apply the eight limbs of yoga to address anxiety including components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
This group is led by a Mental Health Therapist and yoga instructor and may be eligible for coverage under some extended health plans where Registered Social Work (RSW) is covered. Receipts for coverage will be provided.
$140 includes all four weekly sessions and materials.
No prior yoga experience required. Please bring a mat, journal, pen, and water bottle.
This class is not included with regular RVN studio memberships but members receive a 15% discount.
