The first incident came just before 12:30 am, when a 22-year-old woman was walking in the area of Monmouth Avenue and Joyce Street.
A man approached her from behind and asked her not to move, but she fled the scene and called police.
Then at about 1 am, a 34-year-old woman was entering an apartment building near Joyce Street and Vanness Avenue when a man grabbed her from behind. She screamed and the man ran off.

In all of the incidents, the suspect was described as a man aged 20-40 years old, between 5 foot 6 inches and 5 foot 8 inches tall, and wearing dark clothing.
