Founder by Joel Siegel, who grew up working in a bagel shop in Montreal–a city famous for its bagels, Siegel’s Bagels offers round rings of doughy goodness that are kettle boiled and then baked in a custom 25-tonne wood burning oven. Rosemary Rocksalt’s top-notch bagels have become increasingly popular, since the bagelry opened its doors back in 2012. It’s not really a surprise that the bagels are regarded so highly, as one of the co-founders is Parise Siegel, Joel Siegel’s daughter.
