As previously announced, two of Vancouver’s hottest restaurants are about to land in Toronto… and now we know where. West Oak and Pierre’s champagne lounge are taking over the former Frings location. The restaurant owned by celeb chef Susur Lee and Toronto rapper Drake shuttered at the end of June.

For the uninitiated, West Oak is a popular Yaletown restaurant that dishes out brunch, lunch, dinner, and drinks featuring locally-sourced and sustainable ingredients. Meanwhile, Pierre’s is billed as “Vancouver’s most exclusive champagne experience,” and offers a “sophisticated and sensual atmosphere” complete with DJs and an extensive champagne list.

An opening date is still TBA.
