Toronto's weekend temperatures are expected to reach nearly 20°C

Toronto’s weather will feel very spring-like this weekend as the city begins its second Stay-at-Home order.

According to The Weather Network’s forecast, temperatures are expected to reach nearly 20°C on Saturday and Sunday.

Although clouds and showers are expected on Friday, temperatures will likely reach a high of 16°C.

The welcomed but unseasonably warm weather will continue with a mix of sun and clouds in the forecast on Saturday and a high of 18°C that should feel closer to 19°C.

Sunday is also expected to see a high of 18°C, but the city will feel more spring-like with some light rain in the forecast.

April showers and temperatures on the warmer side of seasonal continue through the early part of next week.

Monday will see clouds and showers with a high of 15°C. More rain is expected on Tuesday, but it should be fairly warm with an expected high of 14°C.

Temperatures will cool off to slightly more seasonal levels on Wednesday with a high of 10°C, but the sun is expected to make an appearance and peak through the clouds.

By Thursday of next week, umbrellas and warmer jackets may be necessary with a chance of showers and a high of just 9°C.

If you head out this warm weekend, be sure to mask up and keep the umbrellas near.
