Toronto's 'One of a Kind Show' returns this month to kick off spring

With the official start of spring just days away, we can finally start to look forward to the arrival of cherry blossoms, warmer weather, and of course, the return of the One of a Kind Show.
According to organizers, this season’s show is back and bigger than ever, featuring thoughtfully made items from over 500 artisans from coast-to-coast.

Attendees can look forward to 175 new exhibitors selling just about everything from artisanal food, home décor, fashion, and art, to children’s clothing and toys, and more.
Packed into five days, the show is on from March 28 to April 1 at the Enercare Centre at Exhibition Place.
Paula Lukey Design, One of a Kind Show
Some unique artisans to look out for at this year’s show include a 14-year-old artisan by the name of Alicia’s Pencils from Ancaster, 100 Years of Love, an aesthetically pleasing candle company from Toronto, and Catmamola, a ceramics artist from Hamilton.

In addition to shopping, look forward to DIY workshops, fashion shows, the One of a Kind Bar, where shoppers can sample the best in small-batch wine, beer and spirits, and new this year, Bonjour Québec, which will feature 12 indie makers from la belle province.
Alicia’s Pencils, One of a Kind Show
Returning for its second year is the One of a Kind Marketplace, which will feature some of the most exciting and creative entrepreneurs. In this section, over 40 talented emerging artisans will have the opportunity to exhibit their unique crafts within the bustling marketplace.
100 Years of Love, One of a Kind Show
Visitors can also look forward to shopping from the different ‘neighbourhoods’ which includes a gourmet food paradise, a fashion zone, an open concept space featuring emerging Canadian talent, and a section filled with eco-friendly handmade goods.
