Netflix Canada films to watch that are nominated for Oscar awards this year

It’s award season and movie fans can check out some Oscar-nominated flicks without ever having to leave their home thanks to our good pal, Netflix Canada.

The 93rd Academy Awards are taking place this Sunday and Netflix is all over the nominees’ list.

Netflix Original movies nabbed 35 Oscar noms this year, up from 24 last year.

The only categories Netflix that failed to get a nomination were in the international feature film and short film (live-action) categories.

Mank walks away with the most award nominations of all movies featured, hauling 10 award nominations in total.
