North York’s fried chicken scene is on fire lately.

Hot on the tail of the opening of a different fried chicken joint, Monga will be opening a new location at Yonge and Finch on Saturday.

This spot’s Taiwanese fried chicken is huge, crispy, and oftentimes covered in cheese. It goes without saying: It’s mouthwatering.

To celebrate the grand opening of their new space, Monga will be offering their first 100 pieces of fried chicken for free.

Once those first 100 pieces are gone, you’ll be able to buy one fried chicken combo and get a free pound of wings for the rest of the weekend.

Also known for their fluffy Taiwanese bao buns, this spot is bringing a variety of juicy, satisfying flavours to the North York neighbourhood.

This ‘hood is quickly becoming the place to be.
