Another day, another extreme cold weather warning for Toronto.
Environment Canada has issued an Extreme Cold Warning for the region once again.
“A prolonged period of very cold wind chills is expected,” states the warning.
“Bitterly cold arctic air combined with strong westerly winds have resulted in wind chill values near minus 35 tonight. The cold air will remain in place Thursday. Conditions should improve Friday as milder air moves into the region.”

The good news is, by the weekend, things are supposed to heat up and it is expected to feel almost 30 degrees warmer.
Sunday’s high will reach 3°C, which is basically summertime compared to what we’re experiencing in the city right now.
