San Francisco looks like Mars as West Coast wildfires rage (PHOTOS)

While wildfires in the US have resulted in air quality advisories across the entire west coast, prompting many evolving evacuation orders by safety officials, what’s being seen and experienced on the ground for those in closer proximity to the blazes is baffling.

Take, for example, San Francisco, where the smoke has blocked the sun and the city resembles an apocalyptic scene – or something right off of Mars.
