A number of restaurants have joined together for the Puffy Jacket Pop-Up, a dining series focused on showcasing what it’s like to be a true Pacific Northwesterner.

The limited-time, pop-up dining series celebrates the PNW in all its glory, through rustic food and cozy cocktails, stunning outdoor settings, and a truly unique experience.

Restaurants from Washington and the Oregon Coast will feature their own menu which reflects the flavors of the PNW and the beauty we’re surrounded by. Each special menu will be available on Saturdays and Sundays until March 27.

Here are all 12 of the Puffy Jacket Pop-Up’s restaurant offerings:

Diners will feast on Chef Quinton Stewart’s special Dungeness Crab Roll while downing bar maven Abigail Gullo’s Noggy by Nature cocktail – a distant (and more fun) cousin of boozy eggnog topped with a toasted marshmallow. After dinner, guests will be invited to the private rooftop terrace bar at The State Hotel where they’ll roast s’mores and sip on spiked cider with dazzling views of Pike Place Market, Elliot Bay, and beyond.

You’ll feel right at home on the covered, heated terrace, bundled up by a roaring wood-burning fireplace. The star of the Puffy Jacket show is the Seafood Beach Boil, brimming with clams, mussels, cod, smoked salmon, red potato, and cilantro pesto. To warm the soul, pair your boil with a local 2bar Spirits whiskey flight.

Guests will have the unique opportunity to dine in a heated tent, adorned with romantic string lights and cozy fire lamps. Start your meal inspired by the west side of Washington with Grilled Pacific Oysters, then venture east with a Palouse Cassoulet, featuring braised Chicken, elk sausage, pork belly, and farro. A visit to Salish wouldn’t be complete without a taste of their famous house-made honey, even better if it comes in the form of a Bee’s Knees cocktail.

Friday Harbor House — Friday Harbor, WA

The restaurant at Friday Harbor House provides the perfect perch to do just that while dining on fare from award-winning executive chef Jason Aldous. For the Puffy Jacket crowd, Chef Jason is preparing a special four-course prix fixe menu at a steal for $59, featuring winter vegetable bagna cauda, house-made pasta with Taylor Shellfish geoduck, San Juan Island lamb, and an elevated twist on the classic s’more.

Hearth at the Heathman Hotel — Kirkland, WA

Cozy up to the fire in your flannel blanket and sip artisan-crafted warm libations while celebrating the abundance of Pacific Northwest ingredients. The menu will take you on a journey of foraged and harvested bounty like local mushrooms, oysters, and lamb, paired with a Pine Whiskey Sour and appropriately named Socks & Sandals cocktail.

Jetty Bar and Grille at Hotel Indigo — Everett, WA

Just steps from the Everett Marina and with sweeping water and mountain views, you’ll dine on dishes inspired by the seafaring surroundings. At the Puffy Jacket Pop-Up, all eyes are on the Hot Toddy Bar. Pick your poison between apple, ginger, and the classic Jetty Toddy – either way, you can’t go wrong.

JJ Hills Fresh Grill at Icicle Village Resort — Leavenworth, WA

You’ll stay cozy on the covered, heated patio as you marvel at breathtaking views of Washington’s iconic winter wonderland. Enjoy a five-course prix fixe menu for just $50, and don’t forget to add on a hot cocktail served in a Puffy Jacket Camp Mug — keep the mug for an extra $8 for your future outdoor imbibing adventures.

Packers Kitchen and Bar at Semiahmoo Resort — Blaine, WA

Packers is going literal with Puff Pastry Hand Pies chock full of local ingredients like Sage & Sky lamb, Nerka Salmon, and Samish Bay Cheese. Pair your pie with a Hot OF (improved winter Old Fashioned) or a Million Degree Margarita, then gather around the campfire to roast s’mores. Puffy Jacket seating at Packers is casual first come, first served – order at the bar then enjoy your meal around the fire.

Public Coast Brewing Co. — Cannon Beach, OR

This couldn’t be a PNW-inspired event without a little beer in the mix. Public Coast Brewing Co. in Cannon Beach is THE destination for locally crafted beer, and they’ll be pouring the good stuff alongside classic comfort food on the quintessentially PNW patio decked out with Adirondack chairs and sounds of the Pacific in the background.
