There is 1 prize available to be won as follows:
- return airfare for two with Lynx Air to Vancouver from Toronto, Calgary, or Edmonton, a three-night stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel, and attractions tickets (approximate retail value: $2500)

To enter the contest, an entrant has to visit Daily Hive's Instagram post, follow @destination_vancouver and comment on the post by tagging another Instagram user. Each eligible comment by the entrant represents one entry in the contest.

Winning Entrant and guest must be of the age of majority, and carry valid passport and credit card for travel and hotel check. Dates of travel are subject to provincial and federal regulations and to availability at time of booking and are valid until April 30th, 2023, subject to blackout dates. Maximum flight value of $1200 will be covered. Winning Entrant and guest must sign a prize release form (the “Release”) which will be provided by Daily Hive prior to receiving the prize. Daily Hive and Destination Vancouver and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or related companies and each of their respective employees, directors, officers, suppliers, representatives and agents, are not liable if travel is impeded or refused by reason or decisions of any government authorities (domestic or foreign). Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold, transferred or converted to cash and will not be refunded if unused. No substitutions, changes or extensions are permitted, except at the sole discretion of Destination Vancouver. Destination Vancouver reserves the right at its sole discretion to allow a prize transfer. Destination Vancouver reserves the right to provide a substitute prize (or a portion thereof) of similar value to the Winning Entrant (specific travel dates /destination to be determined by Destination Vancouver) or award the approximate retail value as a cash prize, as determined by Destination Vancouver in its sole discretion for any reason. The actual value of the prize may vary depending on fluctuation of hotel rates, fluctuations in currency exchange rates, and other reasons not listed herein. Any difference between the estimated retail value and the actual costs of the prize will not be awarded. Destination Vancouver is solely responsible for awarding the prize to the Winning Entrant and Daily Hive accepts no responsibility or liability for any undue delay or refusal with respect to the distribution of a prize. Winning Entrant and guest are responsible for all costs and expenses not listed above, including but not limited to any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable local air departure taxes, ground transportation, tips, gratuities, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layovers, hotel room service, laundry service, spa treatments, nursery charges, meals and beverages, alcoholic beverages, service charges, in-flight meals and entertainment; costs incurred to and from the departure point as the prize originates and terminates there, applicable airport departure fees and taxes, airport parking fees, airport improvement fees or similar charges, airport baggage fees, travel and medical insurance, obtaining sufficient personal travel insurance prior to departure, if desired; obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as passports and visas complying with customs immigrations regulations as well as verifying and complying with all applicable travel restrictions or requirements, including but not limited to the need to provide adequate proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination against COVID-19, if required. Winning Entrant and guest agree and acknowledge that Destination Vancouver or Daily Hive will not be liable if Winning Entrant and/or guest are denied boarding due to any failure to comply with applicable travel restrictions or requirements or refused by reason or decisions of any governmental authorities (federal or provincial) or regional health authorities. The Winning Entrant and guest understand and acknowledge the risks related to the spread of infectious or contagious diseases and understand it remains their responsibility to take the necessary precautions applicable to any health hazards, including but not limited to COVID-19.
