Multiple incidents of feces being poured over people reported in Toronto

It has been a sh*t week for a few individuals in Toronto.

Literally.

Toronto police is investigating three separate incidents involving feces being dumped on people at or near local universities.

The latest incident happened near the University of Toronto campus just before midnight on Monday.

Investigators said a bucket of feces was dumped on a girl outside of one of the university buildings.

Police have described suspect as a tall, Black man in his 30s wearing a yellow construction hard hat, a blue shirt, and gloves.

The description is similar to that relating to a separate fecal dumping incident that took place over the weekend.

According to police, around 5 pm on Sunday, a suspect allegedly entered the library at York University carrying a bucket of “liquefied fecal matter” and poured the contents onto an “unsuspecting person” who was seated at a table.

At the time, Toronto police described the suspect as a man in his 20s with a medium build. He was wearing a black hat, blue top, light-coloured pants, and black gloves.

A spokesperson from York University told Daily Hive the school has reached out to the victim to offer them support.

“We are also investigating the incident and working with Toronto Police Service. We have not received any further reports of incidents on our property,” said the spokesperson.

Police are also investigating a similar incident that took place on Friday, November 22, at the library at the University of Toronto.

On Monday evening, investigators released images of a man they believe is a suspect in the York University dumping incident.

And on Tuesday, a different photo was released by police, involving the suspect at the University of Toronto campus.

While the suspect descriptions are similar, investigators have yet to confirm if all three incidents are related.
