Purdys Chocolatier’s newest treat will have you reaching for something else from now on â and it’s pink.
That’s right, in celebration of International Chocolate Day on September 13, Purdys is introducing two brand new confections: Ruby Cherry Almond Bar and Ruby Praline!
The newest innovation in the confectionery world, ruby is crafted with specially selected ruby cocoa beans and has no added fruit flavours or colours. That’s right, the pink colour is all-natural.
Ruby is described as being slightly sweet yet tart, with little to none of the cocoa flavour traditionally associated with milk, dark, and white chocolate. It has a fruity flavour with berry notes and a lusciously smooth texture, along with a delightful ruby hue that is the result of meticulous selection and expert crafting of ruby cocoa beans.
The Ruby Cherry Almond Bar and Ruby Praline are both made with 100% sustainable cocoa, and this Friday, September 13, you can head to your local Purdys shop to try a free sample of either confection. Not only that, but every online order from September 13 to 16 will come with a free two-piece sample of the Ruby Praline!
