Downtown Montreal is now home to a Poke Bar

Jun 8 2016, 2:06 am

Located at 2153 Crescent Street, Le Poke Bar is the first restaurant in Quebec that offers poke exclusively!

What’s poke you ask? Basically it’s marinated raw fish cut into small chunks placed in rice and salad. But worry not, if raw fish is not your thing, the bowl can also be made with shrimp, chicken, or tofu.

“Our goal is to make sure everyone who comes in leaves with the perfect poke experience,” said Allen Mouradian, Owner of Le Poké Bar. “With endless choices of sauces, fish, seafood and toppings, each bowl is personalized and made to accommodate every palate.”

Foodies can choose from various dishes including the Mahalo bowl made with tuna, or the Shaka Bowl, for shrimp lovers. If you’re extra picky, bowls can be customized to your taste.
