Ozzy Osbourne cancels North American tour due to poor health
Fans of the “Prince of Darkness” buzzed with excitement when former Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne announced his forthcoming studio album and international tour.
Almost a year after tickets went on sale, the 71-year-old rocker has announced that he will, unfortunately, be forced to cancel his tour due to increasingly poor health conditions.
The No More Tours 2 tour was set to land in Montreal, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Hamilton, bringing along shock-rocker Marilyn Manson.

“I’m so thankful that everyone has been patient because I’ve had a s*** year,” Osbourne said. “Unfortunately, I won’t be able to get to Switzerland for treatment until April and the treatment takes six-eight weeks.”
Earlier this year, Osbourne’s estate announced that he had been diagnosed with a rather rough case of Parkinson’s Disease, which has been extremely hard on the singer and his family. Cancelling his upcoming tour allows Osbourne to seek further treatment.

“I don’t want to start a tour and then cancel shows at the last minute, as it’s just not fair to the fans. I’d rather they get a refund now and when I do the North American tour down the road, everyone who bought a ticket for these shows will be the first ones in line to purchase tickets at that time.”
Refunds for tickets already purchased for Ozzy Osbourne’s No More Tours 2 can be made at the original place of purchase. “Refunds at Point of Purchase only. Internet and phone orders will automatically be cancelled and refunded,” reads the Ticketmaster page.
Osbourne’s new album, Ordinary Man, is set to release on February 21, 2020, and is currently available for pre-order.
