It’s finally open!

The highly anticipated Kampai Garden, a cool beer garden with an affordable Asian inspired menu by internationally acclaimed chef Antonio Park, is now hosting guests in the legendary Faubourg St-Catherine on the corner Saint-Mathieu.

A5 Hospitality’s Alex Besnard and PJ Goupil took on the challenge of revitalizing the Faubourg, a massive space that was famous in the 90’s alongside their partner Anotnio Park.

Designed by the uber-talented Amlyne Phillips (Jatoba, Mayfair, Fitzroy, Apt.200, etc) created a modern and industrial backdrop with whimsical details at every corner. Straight lines and modern furniture are complimented by organic fabrics and décor, creating a breathtaking 10 000 square feet of space.

Once summer comes back around, two terraces will enhance the space, one in the front on St-Catherine and one in the back amongst gorgeous old trees.

The menu is affordable and is made up of a variety of small dishes and samples many of Park’s recipes.

As far as drinks go, A5 Hospitality’s Lawrence Picard created a variety of pitchers of either beer or cocktail which can be shared with big groups.

Make sure your camera is ready to go because you’ll definitely be snapping photos of this beautiful space.
