Snoop Dogg serenades Kawhi Leonard in attempt to lure him to LA (VIDEO)
Drake isn’t the only hip hop star factoring into the wooing of Kawhi Leonard.
With Drake rumoured to be mounting his own recruiting campaign on behalf of his beloved Toronto Raptors, Snoop Dogg has done his best to put the Los Angeles Lakers in a favourable spot.

A native of Long Beach, California, Snoop Dogg is a longtime Lakers fan and would love nothing better than to see Kawhi suit up in gold and purple next season.
So Snoop did the only thing he could, serenading the NBA Finals MVP with a beautiful melody through his Instagram page.

“Kawhi, Kawhi,” Snoop sang. “Tell me that you’ll be a Laker. Kawhi, Kawhi, Kawhi, come back to LA.”
“Don’t do Drake that way.”
A few hours later, Snoop’s attention moved onto other things, as he felt a 6.4 earthquake that hit southern California.
