Just when you thought the Vancouver real estate market couldn’t get any crazier, how about this luxury penthouse for a cool $58,888,000?

The luxury condo at 3101-277 Thurlow Street, listed as the largest penthouse in Coal Harbour, is the most expensive home listed on the MLS.

The only penthouse in the tower, it fills 8,010 square feet over two levels, featuring no less than four bedrooms, five bathrooms and two fireplaces.

As well, the whole place has been custom designed by the House of Bohn and upgraded this year by Trademark with “ultra luxury” finishes.

Plus, there are two rooftop terraces and one balcony to lounge on, spread over 4,840 square feet. We’d probably get lost there.

Not only that, according to listing agency Macdonald Realty, there is a 360° unobstructed, panoramic view of the ocean, mountains, Stanley Park, Lions Gate, and English Bay.

Not too shabby for us.

Worried about storage? Never fear. The penthouse comes with three storages and a seven-car, private garage. Phew.

Here are some photos of this literal lap of luxury. We can dream, eh?
