On-site spa facilities, valet service, private courtyards, rooftop pools, and postcard-worthy views are just some of the amenities available in Canada’s priciest penthouses.

Not to mention the impressive square footages and the brilliant designs are what truly symbolize high-end living at its finest.

But as you can imagine, price tags for these unique listings don’t come cheap and most of us can only dream of what it would be like to live in one of them.

But luckily Point2Homes.com put together a ranking of the top 10 most expensive penthouses currently for sale in Canada to give you an idea of what living in one of these listings looks like.

According to the international real estate search portal, the listings range in price from $7 million to a whopping $30 million.

And what comes as no surprise, Vancouver led the pack when it came to expensive listings, boasting not only the most expensive penthouse in the entire country, but it is also home to four additional pricey units.

The Toronto and Montreal luxury real estate markets are each home to two listings, while BC’s capital took eighth place on the ranking with a gorgeous waterfront penthouse.
