What: DIALOG hosts a screening of City Dreamers in honour of International Women’s Day. The Canadian film spotlights Phyllis Lambert, Blanche Lemco van Ginkel, Cornelia Hahn Oberlander and Denise Scott Brown, trailblazers who helped shape cities across North America and Europe for over 70 years.

Taste of the Chamber

What: The 20th anniversary of Taste of the Chamber features local restaurants and caterers serving an array of dishes, drinks, and flavours. Attendees can vote for their favourite dish, with the food exhibitor with the most votes at the end of the evening winning the 2020 Taste of the Chamber People’s Choice Award and a feature in an upcoming edition of Business in Edmonton magazine.

Fred Penner: The Cat Came Back 40th Anniversary Tour

What: Everyone’s favourite childhood entertainer, Fred Penner is coming to Edmonton in celebration of his The Cat Came Back 40th Anniversary Tour. Penner produced 13 albums as well as 12 seasons and 900 episodes of Fred Penner’s Place. Amongst the fame of his Juno-award-winning albums, videos, books, and concerts, Penner has been able to support organizations such as UNESCO, World Vision, UNICEF, and the Canadian Down Syndrome Society.
