Forget that it’s winter, there is never a bad time for a milkshake. But instead of breaking your healthy eating resolutions with just a plain ol’ vanilla or chocolate, you’re going to want to go big or go home and try one of the insane milkshakes at The Street Eatery.
Called Street Shakes (makes sense, right?) these over the top concoctions bring together ice cream with a whole bunch of crazy add-ons. Their “Berry Crush,” for example is a mixed berry milkshake with a citrus-frosted rim that’s decked out with sour gummies and nerds, and punctuated with Pixie Stix, sour skewer, whipped cream, and cotton candy.
Oh, yes, they did:
Seriously, these shakes are beyond epic–absolutely decked out in all sorts of candy treat goodness. You might need to bring a friend or two along to share, or get two straws and press foreheads with your main squeeze.
Other “Street Shakes” on the menu right now are the C.R.E.A.M. (aka Chocolate Rules Everything Around Me) and the Sweet N’ Salty–a salted caramel peanut butter shake.
Sweet N’ Salty:
The Street Eatery opened up almost a year ago, and was inspired by global street eats and street art, serving up hawker-style sandwiches, and other hand-held bites, along with bowls, burgers, and, of course, their menu of milkshakes.
