New shows and movies to watch on Netflix Canada this weekend

We’re already a week into August and Netflix Canada is making it mighty difficult for us to NOT leave our couch this weekend.

From Netflix originals to interesting documentaries and comedy specials, here are a slew of newly-released streaming options to dive into.

And let’s be honest, is there a better time in the history of streaming than now to Netflix and chill?

Let’s hope for rain this weekend so we don’t have to feel bad about sitting around and soaking up new shows, docs, and movies on the popular streaming service.
