Kensington’s newest and most expensive luxury listing is a century-old home that features a stunningly modern design.

Acclaimed firm Davignon Martin conceived of the design, which earned a MASI Design Award for 2019.

Located within blocks of the Bow River walkway and the popular Riley Park, it was established as an official community in 1914, two years after this home was built. The first homes began appearing in the 1880s.
