IKEA to offer cheap romantic Valentine's Day dinners across Canada
The most romantic day of the year is just around the corner, and to celebrate, IKEA has something sweet for customers.
On Valentine’s Day ticket holders can head into IKEA locations across Canada and enjoy a romantic dinner for two complete with wine or beer for just $34.99.
This one-of-a-kind three-course meal will offer diners a choice of soup or salad to start, followed by meatballs with bacon and herb-infused mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and lingonberry sauce or glazed salmon, cauliflower puree, marinated vegetables or Nordic shrimp, or veggie balls with ratatouille, mixed vegetables topped with gremolata and parmesan crisps.

Dessert options include cheesecake or chocolate cake, and all meals come with one glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic sparkling beverage per person.
Coffee, tea, and fountain drinks are also included with the purchase of this special meal.
In terms of ambience, there will be music, décor, candles, and flowers on-site to suit the occasion, and all couples will be sent home with a parting gift.
IKEA will be setting up a special Valentine’s Day craft table for kids in the vicinity too.
You can get tickets for this meal starting Monday, January 20 at the Restaurant Check Out at each store.
Tickets must be purchased ahead of time.
