Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo back in the city this April

Update: Michael J. Fox will not be attending this year’s Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo due to scheduling conflicts. 

The Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo is on its way back to Calgary, and the 2018 line-up is looking bigger and better than ever.

The list of celebrities expected to appear at Calgary’s Stampede Grounds include Back to the Future’s Lea Thompson, Christopher Lloyd, and Tom Wilson. Aquaman’s Jason Momoa, Jurassic Park’s Jeff Goldblum, The 100’s Eliza Taylor, and Star Wars’ Anthony Daniels will also be in attendance.

The Delorean time machine from Back to the Future will also be on scene for attendees to check out.

Fans of The Princess Bride will be delighted to hear that a reunion of Westley (Cary Elwes), Vizzini (Wallace Shawn), and Prince Humperdinck (Chris Sarandon) is in the cards for this year’s expo.

Creative cosplayers will include Leeanna Vamp, Kid Remington, and Jessica Nigri, while notable voice actors will include Pokemon’s Veronica Taylor, Adventure Time’s Jeremy Shada, and Overwatch’s Charlet Chung and Fred Tatasciore.

The Expo will run from Thursday, April 26 to Sunday, April 29. Tickets are currently available online for either single day or full weekend passes.

Tickets: Online, $20 to $50 for single day tickets, $110 for four-day pass
