World record broken at Science World

By DH Vancouver Staff, DH Vancouver Staff Sep 20, 2012 7:45 am

Yesterday the world record for most people in a giant soap bubble was broken at Science World as 181 people crammed in a giant bubble. The previous record, held by Yang and attempted in April 2011, had 118 people inside a giant soap bubble. He currently also holds 17 Guinness World Records for the biggest bubble ever blown, the largest bubble wall ever created (a staggering 166 feet 11 inches), and most bubbles within a bubble.

The Gazillion Bubble Show, one of New York’s hottest kids show, makes its Canadian premiere this fall, from November 2 to November 4, 2012 at The Centre in Vancouver for Performing Arts. Audiences are set to be enthralled by a gravity defying performance by Yang, whose incredible displays of bubble artistry have captivated people of all ages worldwide.
