Just in: Vancouver COULD see a white Christmas this year

Dec 21 2017, 2:36 am

After previously dashing people’s hopes of dashing through the snow on Christmas Day, weather forecasters now say Vancouver could see a white Christmas after all.

While the sun is supposed to stick around for the next few days (save for a little blip on Thursday), the latest forecast shows that there’s a very real possibility the snow will return just in time for the big day.

It looks like temperatures will hover just around the freezing mark to help the forecast become a reality as well, according to Environment Canada.

And in case you need further proof  hope, the Weather Network is saying the same thing.

And judging by the results of a recent Daily Hive poll, the possible snow will be a welcome sight for many Vancouverites.

So there you have it. We might just see the white stuff hit the ground in time for Santa’s big sleigh ride into our city.

It’s a Christmas miracle.
