A luxury home in Whistler on a forested estate that was previously listed for $25.9 million is now up for auction to the the highest bidder, through real estate marketplace Concierge Auctions, as part of its Summer Mountain Sale.

The auction is being held in cooperation with Maggi Thornhill of Thornhill Real Estate Group, and the property – nicknamed Chateau du Lac – located just minutes away from Whistler Village, will sell “Without Reserve” via the firm’s online marketplace.

Located at 2016 Nita Lane and measuring 5,570 sq. ft., the five-tone chateau is set on more than five acres and provides a total of 10,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space including five bedrooms.
