While the West brunch menu is small, there is something for every palate. West offers a classic Eggs Benny lineup: the traditional with crispy confit pork, along with a smoked salmon and spinach and mushroom option too. Plus they dish up a brunch waffle that’s almost too pretty to eat. We said almost, because, seriously, you have to eat it–it’s a stunner!

Brunch at West Restaurant is served Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 am.
