Sriracha lovers rejoice - there's a new way to enjoy your favourite flavour

When you join the sriracha club, you never go back – and Wendy’s just released a new chicken sandwich so you don’t have to.

The Spicy Sriracha Chicken Sandwich is Wendy’s answer to the spice craze that’s sweeping the country. According to a recent study by Wendy’s, when it comes to spicy food, more than 50% of Canadians enjoy a real kick.

It’s built on the idea that everything’s better when infused with sriracha. Sriracha Jack cheese melts on top of applewood smoked bacon, a crispy chicken piece, creamy sriracha-infused aioli. A toasted sriracha-infused bakery-style bun holds the whole sandwich together.

It’s perfect for eating out with friends or when you’re lounging on your couch watching a movie – just make sure your boyfriend doesn’t steal it away from you.

That’s actually a real problem if you’re a spice-loving gal. Men are way more likely to enjoy spicier foods, with 64% of men identifying themselves as Intermediate Spice Fans, or Spice Experts, compared to 46% of women.

But the real difficulty is that this Sriracha covered delicacy is only available for a limited time at Wendy’s locations across the country.
