Vancouver Police have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with the murder of 87-year-old Elizabeth Poulin.
The suspect was arrested on November 26 in Surrey and is in custody. His identity cannot be released until charges are approved by Crown counsel.

According to VPD, a relative discovered Poulin deceased in her apartment around 8 am on November 24. Poulin is Vancouver’s 15th homicide victim of 2018.
Homicide investigators are continuing the investigation and are working to establish a motive.
