The Arbutus Corridor is set to undergo a major transformation, and one person wanted to capture it before it all changes.

The City of Vancouver purchased the parcel of land from Canadian Pacific for $55 million to create a corridor for green space, cycling, and pedestrian uses, as well as the possible construction of light rail at a later date. The person who filmed the video on a GoPro camera is shown riding their bike down the overgrown corridor, providing a reminder of a hotly debated space that has stood abandoned for 16 years.
