Good news, it's going to be sunny in Vancouver this weekend

While the weather may be a little greyer, wetter, and cooler than we may like today, Vancouver’s water-logged residents can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that the sunshine is set to settle over the city this weekend.

According to The Weather Network, while Friday will see a mix of sunshine and cloud (with some rain thrown in for good measure of course), those grey skies are going to clear up in time for a sun-soaked weekend in the city.

It’s hardly going to be a scorcher, temperatures will be be in the low double-digits for the majority of the weekend. But that won’t matter to Vancouverites who’ve all but forgotten what the fiery orb in the sky looks like these days.

So whether you’re taking part in the BMO Vancouver Marathon, or checking out other events around the city, it seems like the first weekend of May will be a good one to get outside.
