3. Sakura & Spot Prawn Dinner at Burdock & Co
Burdock & Co is staging a collaborative dinner which features Owner/Executive Chef Andrea Carlson and along with the executive chef of Masayosi, Masayoshi Baba. On Tuesday, May 30th patrons are invited to come and enjoy a feast inspired by sakura and spring spot prawns. Choose from two seatings at 6 or 8:30 pm and get your tickets via Eventbrite.

4. Spot Prawn Boil at The New Oxford
Head to The New Oxford on Wednesday, May 24 at 7 pm for the establishment’s 3rd Annual Spot Prawn Festival. Expect Southern-style seafood boils including BC spot prawns and vegetables served family style on newsprint-wrapped tables. Tickets include dinner and a sleeve of Driftwood Brewing’s White Bark Witbier, and can be purchased via Showpass.
